Acceptance of Terms

By using the AeroKick website ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

AeroKick provides enhancements via browser extension to the Kick.com website. This website (aerokick.app) provides tools and services for managing emotes and other things related to the AeroKick extension.

Payments and Subscriptions

The Service is subscription-based. Payments are processed through Paddle. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees as described at the time of purchase. All subscriptions are non-refundable.

User-Generated Content and Emotes

User-Generated Content

Users are responsible for all content they upload, including but not limited to emotes, text, images, and videos ("User-Generated Content").

Emotes

Users may upload emotes to the Service. The following rules apply:

1. Prohibited Content: Emotes may not contain nudity, harmful content, or any content that violates any applicable laws.
2. Ownership: By uploading emotes, you grant AeroKick a license to use, distribute, and display the emotes as part of the Service.
3. Removal: AeroKick reserves the right to remove any uploaded content from our site without any warning and for any reason.

AeroKick respects your original works, if you see an emote on AeroKick that you made and did not give anyone permission to use, please use the Report button. We will review and remove it as soon as possible.

Conduct and Usage

AeroKick reserves the right to block or ban any user from the Service for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AeroKick be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether in an action in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
